"Discovering Yourself as "The Brand"

So many times I get caught up in creating the product or service for my "Brand" but forget that I am the "Brand". Yes the product/service is definitely important but don't forget your followers are attracted to "YOU". As a hairstylist I spent so much time creating content based on hairstyles and never once stopped to realize that people were attracted to "ME". So one day I experienced a AH HA moment and I began to define who I AM...it was very challenging at first because I was very much a people pleaser. But then it got so much easier when I started to see me and "BE" me.

After posting my first REEL with me in it and got so many engagements of putting myself out there, it became clear, "I AM THE BRAND"! People are attracted to me....clients are attracted to me. I began to create authentic content with me in it.

Ask yourself "Who Am I"? How are people attracted to me? What about me is different? Do your self evaluation and believe that you are Valuable. Adorn yourself with the promises God made about your life and know that you are worth every penny your clients invest in you. As a hairstylist, we always take care of everyone else but we must know we need to be taken care of as well.
